Welcome to CoreTTS. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CoreTTS website, API services, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

CoreTTS provides a text-to-speech (TTS) API service that allows users to convert text into natural-sounding speech. Our Service includes:

  • High-quality text-to-speech conversion using advanced AI models
  • Voice cloning capabilities using reference audio
  • RESTful API access for programmatic integration
  • Temporary storage of generated audio files

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up to date. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Create content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or hateful
  • Impersonate any person or entity without their consent
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or abuse the API
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Payment Terms

Certain features of our Service require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your subscription plan. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our Service within the first 7 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@coretts.shop. After the 7-day period, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by CoreTTS and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without our express written permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including text for conversion and reference audio for voice cloning. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your generated audio files.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORETTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CoreTTS operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
